Can I pack some boxes myself?
Absolutely. Many people pack their own books and clothes and leave the kitchen, art and electronics to us. Owner-packed cartons carry limited coverage, though.
Do you supply the boxes?
Yes. Cartons, paper, tape, cell kits and specialty boxes come with the packing service. You are billed for what gets used, and unused materials are not charged.
How long does a full-house pack take?
Usually one to two days for a three or four bedroom home, finishing the day before the truck comes.
What is a crate and how much is it?
A custom wooden box built to the piece. Small crates start around $120; a large art or table-top crate runs $250 to $600 depending on size and glass.
Will you unpack at the other end?
Yes, as an add-on. The crew unpacks cartons to a flat surface, sets up the kitchen if you want, and hauls off the empties.
