Do you take apart beds and big furniture?
Yes, standard bed frames, dining tables and most flat-pack furniture are disassembled and reassembled at no extra charge. Custom or wall-mounted pieces are quoted case by case.
What is not covered by your insurance?
Basic valuation coverage is included on every move; full-value protection is available on request. It does not cover items you packed yourself unless the box was crushed or dropped.
How far ahead should I book?
One to two weeks for a local move, three to four weeks for the end of the month or a summer weekend. We can sometimes take shorter notice – call and ask.
What if I need to store some things but not others?
Common. Tell us what's going straight to the new place and what's going to storage; we load and tag them separately so nothing gets mixed up.
