Packing, Loading, Transport & Storage
Empire Movers & Storage is a family-owned moving company on Servistar Industrial Way in Westfield. Since 2009 we have moved Western Massachusetts families and businesses down the street, across the state, and across the country. Our crews pack and load your home, our trucks carry it, and our heated warehouse holds it in between when your dates do not line up. We also handle office moves, overseas shipments, and commercial logistics.
The owner still quotes most jobs himself. You get a binding written price before we load a box, the same crew from your old door to your new one, and a company that picks up the phone. That is why our schedule fills on referrals.
How Empire Movers & Storage Helps You
Moving Services
Household Moving
Your family's things are in careful hands. Whether you are moving across Westfield or across the country, our crew pads, wraps, and loads every item and sets it back up in your new place.
Office Moving
Keep your business running. We move offices, warehouses, and medical suites on nights and weekends so your team is back to work the next morning.
International Moving
Moving abroad? We handle export wrapping, crating, inventory, and delivery to the port, and coordinate the ocean or air freight so your household clears customs without drama.
Hospitality & Logistic Services
Hospitality Services
Careful handling and on-time delivery of furniture, fixtures, and equipment for hotels, senior-living communities, clinics, and restaurants across the Pioneer Valley.
Logistic Services
Receiving, warehousing, and final-mile delivery built around your schedule, with as much or as little storage as the job needs.
Specialty Services
Gun safes, pianos, lab and medical equipment, server racks, single heavy items — crated, dollied, and moved by a crew that has done it before.
Why Work With Us?
Fixed Written Prices
Rooted in Westfield
We are licensed and insured for moves within Massachusetts and across state lines, and every mover on the truck is our employee — never a day-labor crew. Your quote is binding: the number on the estimate is the number on the invoice, barring changes you ask for.
Anthony grew up here and still lives in town. We move families in and out of Westfield, Southwick, and Southampton every week, store the local school surplus between terms, and turn out for the Whip City food drive each fall. This is our home, not a franchise territory.

What Customers Tell Us
A few notes households and businesses have sent us after a move. For our full public rating, ask us for the link when you call.
“Moved us from a third-floor walk-up to our new house without a scratch on anything. The crew called ahead, showed up on time, and worked non-stop. Couldn’t have asked for a smoother day.”
“We needed to store furniture for two months during a renovation, and the heated storage saved our antique dresser from the damp basement it would’ve otherwise sat in. Everything came back in the same shape it left in.”
“Our building has a tiny freight elevator and no loading dock, and this crew figured it out without a single complaint. Same two guys from load to unload, which made a stressful week a lot easier.”
“Solid move overall — professional, careful with our office equipment, and the estimate matched what we actually paid. Took a little longer than expected, but they communicated the whole time.”
“Second time using Empire — first was a local move, this time a storage job while we closed on a new house. Both times, no drama, no surprise charges. That’s rare.”
“Booked them for a long-distance move on short notice and they still gave us a real quote over the phone, not a lowball number that changes on moving day. Showed up exactly when they said they would.”
