Logistics & Specialty Moving in Westfield, MA

This is the logistics side of the business, run out of the same Westfield warehouse as our moving crews. We receive furniture, fixtures and equipment for hotels, senior-living communities, clinics and retailers, hold it until your install date, and deliver and set it in place. We also take on the specialty moves — safes, pianos, lab and office equipment — that a standard crew will not touch.

• Receiving: check every carton against the purchase order and log damage before it becomes your problem
• Heated, alarmed warehousing with items tracked by tag, not by pallet
• Final-mile delivery: blanket-wrapped, unpacked, set in place, debris hauled out

How an install project runs

1. We take delivery, inventory every item, and photograph any shipping damage.
2. Everything is staged and tracked in our warehouse until your install date.
3. We schedule delivery around the property's quiet hours, in as many phases as you need.
4. The crew sets furniture in place and clears the packaging on the way out.
