These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Super Movers website and the moving services we provide. Super Movers is a licensed and insured moving company based in St. Augustine, Florida. By using this website or booking a move with us, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

About Our Services

Super Movers provides local and long-distance moving, packing, storage, loading and unloading, piano moving, and related services throughout St. Johns County and on established routes across Florida. We perform these services with our own company trucks and our own W-2 employees. We are a moving carrier, not a broker or matching service, and we do not subcontract your job to outside parties.

Quotes and Estimates

Quotes are based on the information you provide and, where applicable, an in-home or video walkthrough. We aim to provide accurate flat-rate quotes, but a final price may change if the actual scope of the move differs materially from what was described — for example, additional items, added stops, or access conditions not disclosed at the time of the estimate. We will communicate any change before proceeding whenever possible.

Booking and Deposits

We require no deposit to reserve your date. Your booking is confirmed once we agree on a date and scope. We ask that you notify our office as early as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel so we can offer your slot to another customer.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of the services unless other arrangements are made in advance. We accept the payment methods described by our office at the time of booking. You agree to pay the amount reflected in your approved quote, plus any agreed-upon charges for additional services requested during the move.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about your inventory, addresses, and access conditions
• Ensure a clear, safe path and legal parking or truck access at both locations
• Disclose specialty, fragile, or high-value items in advance
• Remove or separately transport hazardous materials, perishables, and irreplaceable documents
• Be available, or designate someone, to direct the crew on moving day

Items We Do Not Transport

For safety and legal reasons, we do not transport hazardous materials, flammables, explosives, illegal items, or perishable goods. We recommend you personally carry jewelry, cash, medications, and important documents.

Liability and Claims

We are licensed and insured, carrying current general liability and cargo coverage, and our authority is on file. In the unlikely event of loss or damage, our insurance coordinator will handle your claim promptly and fairly in accordance with applicable law and the valuation coverage that applies to your move. Please report any concern to our office as soon as possible after your move.

Weather and Rescheduling

Florida hurricane season runs June through November. If severe weather or unsafe conditions affect your scheduled date, we may reschedule your move for the safety of your belongings and our crew. We build flexibility into our calendar and will work with you to find the earliest safe date at no penalty.
